Terms & Conditions

A deposit of one night room, service fee and hotel tax will be charged at time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival in the summer season, or if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival in the winter season.

From December 20 to January 5 there is 2 night deposit required. This deposit is applied to the first night and last night of your stay.

Summer Season May 1 to November 30
Winter Season - December 1 to April 30

Group cancel policy, Winter or Summer Season

The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival. There is a two night deposit per room required for group stay reservations. This deposit is applied to the first night and last night of your stay.

The balance of your stay is due at check in and you may pay by cash or credit card. All room prices are double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate a 3rd or 4th guest and there is a $30 charge per additional guest per night.

Smoking Policy

We are a smoke free hotel. Smoking in a hotel room will result in a $150 fee
